Our Training Process
Initial Consultation: We discuss your school's specific needs and challenges.
Customised Training Plan: We develop a tailored training program to address your school's requirements.
Intensive Training: Typically includes one full day or three twilight sessions for teachers, and three 60-90 minute sessions for teaching assistants.
Follow-Up Support: Regular coaching sessions (e.g., 30 minutes half-termly) to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
Ongoing Evaluation: We continuously monitor progress and adjust our approach as needed.
